Presented by Bihar Museum in collaboration with the Chanakya Foundation, Cosmic Garden brings together paintings and sculptures by Madhvi Parekh and Manu Parekh, made between the late 1970s and 2023, with large-scale hand-embroidered works by Karishma Swali and the Chanakya School of Craft. Drawing on Indian myths, symbols and craft traditions, the exhibition shows how the Parekhs’ imagery is reimagined through the collective hands of artisans. First shown as a Collateral Event of the 60th Venice Biennale in 2024, Cosmic Garden now comes to audiences in Patna.
