Glimpses from the Bihar Museum Foundation Day Celebrations

The Bihar Museum Foundation Day 2026 was celebrated with great enthusiasm and cultural fervour in the presence of distinguished dignitaries, including the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Bihar, Shri Samrat Choudhary; the Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar, Shri Bijendra Prasad Yadav; the Hon’ble Minister for Art, Culture & Youth, Dr. Pramod Kumar; Shri Pranav Kumar, Secretary, Department of Art, Culture & Youth; Shri Sanjeev Kishor Gautam, Director General, National Gallery of Modern Art (NGMA); and Shri Anjani Kumar Singh, Director General, Bihar Museum.

The celebrations featured the launch of two publications and the inauguration of three exhibitions, marking a significant milestone in Bihar Museum’s journey of preserving and promoting the rich cultural heritage of Bihar.
